Directions to Make Nuggets

Clean and Marinate the chicken

  • Wash and clean the chicken pieces. Pat dry and marinate the boneless chicken.
  • Take a bowl and add the chicken pieces.
  • Add the 1/2 cup hung curd with the salt, pepper, and garlic paste.
  • Take all the ingredients and give them a good mix.
  • Make the paste of it and keep it in the fridge for an hour.
