These easy-to-make classic Italian Pizzelle cookies are the most crispy and buttery delight. No American holiday is complete without these pizzelle cookies. We’ve made them a bit more neutral with a splash of good quality vanilla, but you can always use the more traditional anise extract or seed if that’s what you prefer. All you need to make these cookies are these 6 ingredients and 1 pizzelle maker.
