Ingredients

  • â–¢1.25 lbs of Sweet Italian Sausage
  • â–¢2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • â–¢1 onion diced
  • â–¢3 cloves of garlic minced
  • â–¢25 oz of marinara sauce I used Rao’s
  • â–¢14.5 oz of petite diced tomatoes
  • â–¢Cup of water (1)
  • â–¢1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • â–¢1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • â–¢2 bay leaves
  • â–¢salt and pepper to taste
  • â–¢8 oz of fresh mozzarella drained and cut into cubes
  • â–¢1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • â–¢1 cup of part skim mozzarella shredded

Instructions

  • Bring a big pot of salty water to cook. Cooking ziti according to packet directions. Sap and put aside.
