-2 tablespoons (30ml) grated fresh ginger 

-1 teaspoon ground cumin

-1 teaspoon ground coriander 

-2 tablespoons (30ml) tomato paste 

-1 tablespoon (15ml) garam masala 

-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

Method :

  1. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Next, cut your chicken breast into thin strips. 
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 
  4. In a shallow dish, whisk together some egg and flour. 
  5. Dip the chicken strips in the egg mixture, then coat in bread crumbs
  6. Place the chicken strips on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. 
  7. To make the curry sauce, sauté some onion and garlic in olive oil.
