- Chopped Carrots

- French Beans

- Boiled Corn

Process To Make Broth
- Take a pan and put butter, chopped onions, carrots, French beans and bell peppers in it. Shallow fry and toss them just to make them crunchy.
- Add boiled corn in it.
- For flavors add black pepper, cinnamon powder, salt and red chilli powder in it.
- Add freshly made pasta in this broth, mix well and serve hot.
Process To Make Pasta
- Take the wheat floor and add water to it.
- Add a drop of oil in it and mix it well.
- Knit the dough just as you do for chapati.
- Cut out alphabetical-shaped pastas out of it.
- Take a pan, boil water in it, add salt in it. Then add pasta in it.
- Boil until soft, drain excess water and keep it aside.
The broth is light yet flavorful and a healthy option that is great for lunchboxes and quick post-school dinners. While serving drizzle a little olive oil and a touch of soy sauce in it.

- Homemade Stock
- Corn
- Light Cream

Process
- Take a pan, add homemade stock in it.
- Put shredded chicken with garlic and corn in it. Simmer it until cooked.
- Add a spoon of milk or light cream in it. Stir it well!
- Season it gently with black pepper and salt in it.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve it with a warm bread roll on the side.
5. Tomato-Basil Bliss Winter Soup
Some soup bowls are loved when they are classic for a reason. This one is my all time favorite because of its tangy flavor and tempting aroma.

Ingredients of this Winter Soup
- Butter
- Tomatoes
- Gralic
- Salt and black pepper for seasoning
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Cheddar Cheese
- Bread
Process
- Take a pan, add butter in it.
- Place half cut ripped red tomatoes upside down in it. Add garlic cloves. Cover with a lid and roast them.
- Open lid, remove the peels of tomato.
- Take a blender. Put roasted tomato, garlic and fresh basil leaves into it. Blend it until you get a velvety texture. Add seasonings as per taste.
- Garnish it with cheddar cheese. Serve it hot with mini toasts.
